TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment with at least 24hours notice. We understand that sometimes a sudden emergency can require urgent cancellation of appointments and have therefore developed a policy that is sensitive to our guest’s lives – based on not just one cancellation, but two (2) cancellations. In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services.
